An easy-to-use inclined rubber rack even for beginners. As in the illustration below, the normal whetstone rack requires that the knife be held consistently at a slanted angle, which may slip for the inexperienced hand. Meanwhile, the inclined rack is easier to use, as you need only be conscious of holding the knife horizontally. Of course, you may sharpen with it at any angle that you prefer. Made of non-slippery elastomer plastic.
