It has been upgraded with a built-in #1000 \u201cGokumyo\u201d whetstone, suitable for professional-grade sharpening. This durable whetstone allows for smooth sharpening with just a quick splash of water.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Two different types of roller sharpeners can sharpen both single- and double-edged knives.
Built-in #1000 Gokumyo whetstone is perfect for final touching after using sharpeners.
This multifunctional sharpener achieves the sharpness which is impossible to obtain with normal roller sharpeners.<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This product consists of two different types of roller sharpeners. The diamond roller can sharpen hard blades and the ceramic roller can whet effortlessly. Great versatility will be achieved by using the former for stainless-steel knives and the latter for ceramic or single-edged knives. The suspension feature (PAT.P) built into the bearing part of each roller keeps the edge in place and maintains consistent strength to whet smoothly.
The inner part of the handle of the #1000 Gokumyo whetstone can sharpen knives which are not suitable for roller sharpeners. The #1000 is also suitable for final finishing after using roller sharpeners. This product can be used as a stick type sharpener by holding it.
