There are two types: #1000 (Medium Whetstone) / #280 (Coarse Whetstone) [SKG-33] and #3000 (Finishing Whetstone) / #1000 (Medium Whetstone) [SKG-34]. For those primarily sharpening stainless steel knives with damage to the cutting edge, the SKG-33 is suggested; for those seeking to restore the cutting performance of cutlery as well, the SKG-34 is recommended.
