This product consists of two different types of roller sharpeners. The diamond roller can sharpen hard blades and the ceramic roller can whet effortlessly. Great versatility will be achieved by using the former for stainless-steel knives and the latter for ceramic or single-edged knives. The suspension feature (PAT.P) built into the bearing part of each roller keeps the edge in place and maintains consistent strength to whet smoothly.
The diamond whetstone with fine granules inside the handle can be used just like an ordinary whetstone and whet knives which are not suitable for roller sharpeners. This product can be used as a stick type sharpener by holding it. Handy for quick edge restoration when edges become dull.
